Hair down there on a girl..?

Question

how come i can shave under my arms and it be smooth but if i try to shave down htere i get rashy nd horrible??

like iv used foams, oils, shavin with/ against th growth...

can anyone shave and get a smooth clean result, or does everyone wax??

im confused...oh im 19 btw

im 14 and i know this lol. it's because the hair down there is thicker and the skin down there is more sensitive. also it might be longer..

it always helps to use a 3 or 4 blade razor. also try using a shaving cream that says moisturizer on it. i also shave against the hair also i always wait to shave the very middle last because thats the most sensitive area just be more gentle over that part. hope this helps. :]

i would just start waxing now... its so much easier and doesn't hurt that much... the first time is nerve wracking but then it gets easier.. I am 19 too :) the hair grows less after waxing ..

Hey Ive always had this same problem!! I am 22 and I just figured out what really works. Do this before or after your shower, not during. Use jergens shea butter lotion instead of a shaving cream...but use it like its shaving cream! it really works because Its thick and silky and shave with the growth first...then reapply lotion and go against the growth. & when your all done apply lotion there as you normally would apply lotion. It looks just like you waxed!!

That area is not for shaving for men and women. The best way is to trim. and apply baby oil.

i have a little tip

i will try to make this the least explicit as i can...

when you shave... do not shave in straight sections

like when you shave your legs, don't do long drawn out strokes with the razor... when you are going up in one like do little strokes up in a straight like

i don't know if this is clear or not, it's hard to explain

instead of shaving straight up without stopping

shave a little up stop shave a little up stop etc etc....

i used to shave but its so much hastle and i could always still see the black roots! Sorry if that sounds disgusting. Also it gave me ingrown hairs and got itchy whilst growning back! Waxing is so much better last for up to 4weeks totally smooth and eventually your hair gets thinner also i think its not as painful as your legs! Good luck and bi the razor!
