I went to a salon to get my hair dyed and of course there was ammonia in the dye. when i showered that night, i noticed that color seeped into my towel when i was drying it. is it safe to bleach it? if not, what should i do? i also live in a college dorm and for some reason, there is always bleach in the washer from a previous person's wash......safe to put clothing and towel that had hair dye on it?

  1. You'll be fine. I used to be a hairstylist and of course got color on all my white clothes. Just make sure that you set the washer for an extra large load and don't use too much bleach.

  2. Yes, completely safe, the bleach will be rinsed out in the rinse cycle.=)

  3. if your towel is white.

if not, your towel is going to be all weird colors.

but it's fine to put bleach and dye together

[well, i don't know about like MIXING, but when it comes to washing and stuff yeah]

    it'll be fine.
