Hair grass and mondo grass?

my petshop sells these as aquatic plants

are they fully aquatic

Hair grass is, mondo grass isn't. Unless there's another plant called "mondo grass" besides the one I'm thinking of. The Petco and Petsmart in my area have both started selling non-aquatic plants for aquariums. The only reason I can think of is that people would have to buy new ones every few weeks, thus spending more money. Be careful what you buy.
