Hair growth help...what can i do?

i got a horrible hair cut, and i have a wedding coming up in two and a half months and i need my hair to be an inch or two longer

i know nothing out there will magically let my hair grow

but what vitamins can i take to speed up the growing process?

I just looked that up actually...

Anyways NO/bad for hair: smoking, caffine, hot water, poor sleep and too much handeling it ex: washing, brushing, coloring...etc.

1.if you put  crushed birth control pills in your shampoo it should speed it up but i don't know about 2 months.
