I really want to bleach my hair blond, but here is the deal my hair was dyed black, and i bleached it but it turned Orange... so i covered it with more black that faded to brown. so my hair grew out and i bleach it again, but the bottom turned orange, and a inch at the top turned blond, so i dyed it all red, then got it cut an the woman cut it way to short to about half an inch, so i dyed it brown, now its been about 6 months since anything has been done to it, so do you think if i bleached it this time that it would turn blond?

i know i change my hair to much but i have wanted it blond so long, and it never works since i dyed it black!!!

all the coloring happend over a 2 year span but the last time i colored it was 6 almost 7 months ago

  1. If you dye your hair blonde (bleach it) you will need to leave it in a LONG time. In fact so long that it would be dangerous to your hair and it may break off. I'm sorry to say but your best bet is to wait for it to grow all the way out and then try brand new. Ps- don't do it your self. Hair studios have great tools to help the process, where the boxes you buy don't take account for your natural hair color or what you have done to your hair in the past.

  2. Are you trying to turn your hair to straw?

    Leave your hair alone.

Who wants to be a blonde?

  3. you have to go to a hairdresser and ask them to strip it, then bleach it !

    goodluck

  4. Get blonde highlights at a hair salon and gradually keep adding more and more highlights.

I wouldn't reccommend dying it so much, your hair will get really really dry and damaged.

  5. .

  6. my hair was red

and i bleached it and it went yellowy/orange.

so i bleached it again and it went yellow.

i had to get it dyed brown.

to be honest it depends how dark you hair is. if it is very dar it will take alot of time, effort and bleaching to get it blonde.

and if you do dont make it a DIY thing. go the hairdressers :)

  7. Slowly go lighter, if your having this much problems then you might want to save your money up to go to a stylist.  Your hair is going to fall out, if your not careful.

  8. I would recommend letting it grow back to your natural hair color (I think that's what it is now?)  because it needs to recover from all the dyeing.  When it's completely back to normal, go to a salon to get it the color you want.  They are less likely to s***w it up, but at least if they do you won't have to pay for it.
