Hair ideas????? ?

Question

I'm going to the salon in about an hour and i want to do something different to my hair, I have shoulder length hair and if i cut it my bf will kill me. lol. I also have layers, my hair is quite thick also so i was going to get it thinned. anyway do you guys have any ideas on a hairstyle that wouldn't take away what length i have. I have a heart shaped face if that helps. Pics would be nice to. Thanks!!

you could get layers and side bangs. they would work well with your face shape.
