Hair lady screwed up my hair, advice on coloring?

so the woman refused to do what i told her to do. and made the cut how i wanted it but the color looks awful and tacky. im getting my hair done at my moms place this week. and i just want one single process color of like BLEACH blonde. and i have highlights in my hair now. will that change the colors in my hair, or will the color just overcoat it and make it one solid color?

It depends on the color of your highlights, if you hair and highlights are a bit dark it might just lighten it.  Or if light, it should cover it.
