I have noticed that lately (within the last year or so) that I have been loosing more hair than I should. I know that sometimes it means that I have a lack of vitamins....does anyone know what vitamin that would be?

  1. Food rich in vitamin A, B, C, E, K, magnesium and zinc are important  for healthy hair and also prevents hair loss. Hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich food is also recommended. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/  for more info.

  2. Hair loss is usually more of an Iron deficiency. There are a lot of other reasons for hair loss also. Most common ones are stress, side effect of a medication, hormone imbalance, or illness. If you are loosing more hair then normal, you should go have a blood test done. I was loosing a lot of hair and went for a blood test, and found out i had Thyroid disease. Hair loss is usually a sign of something, so you don't want to ignore it for too long. Better to be safe, then sorry. Good luck :-)

  3. vitamin b and c. you need to start eating carrots, and leafy veggies.
