  1. it is probably because you take a shower with really hot water it makes your hair fall out and if you always wear it in a pony tail that makes it fall too so try wearing your hair down sometimes and dont use super hot water in the shower

  2. Dont worry, I've got a friend who had the same problem... If you wash your hair every day it might be tough on your hair, but also if you straighten your hair alot that would make it even worse... (even just the straightening) because your hair would be damaged by the heat... What she had to do was wash her hair every other day (max) and stop straightening her hair except maybe for special occasions... Also try letting your hair dry naturally, as it should help. When you do use heat protection spray....

  3. This is normal. Don't worry about it.

  4. They typical person sheds anywhere from 50 to 100 strands of hair per day......If you notice any thinning however you may need to speak witha dermatologist. If you notice any spots, anywhere from the size of a dime to bigger, you may have a form of alopecia. ... nothing to stress over, it comes and goes.....the best thing to do if you find a bald spot, is to leave it alone - DONT TOUCH!, it does grow back in a funny patchy way but it does grow..... If you're really worried, go to a drug store and pick up rogaine foam or the solution and either follw the box directions or mix it with your current conditioner. It is normal - i actually lost 2 patches at 18 - i havent had the problem since and both patches have fully grown out.

  5. When anyone washes their hair there are always a few hairs that have fallen down. This does not necessarily mean that the person is thinning. All that is happening is that some of the hair roots are shedding their old hairs and, in time, these will be replaced.Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/  for more info on hair loss.

  6. Some basic tips to prevent loss and get healthy hair:

-Shampoo your hair once in a week.

-Trim your hair after four to five weeks to avoid split ends.

-Fresh fruits and vegetables which contain proteins should be taken in good amount.

    -Avoid back brushing or combing.

-After swimming rinse the salt water/chlorine out of the hair straightway. Then shampoo your hair.

-Massage your head which will increase blood circulation and blood supply to hair roots. Massage at least one time in a week.

-Avoid over-washing your hair as it affects natural oils present in hair.

-Use a conditioner on damaged hair, rub olive oil and then wrap your head with ploy bag and cover it with scrap. Leave it as long as you can. This would result in healthy growth of hair.

-Condition your hair to remedy the effects of sunshine pollution.

-Use a smooth edged, wide toothed comb to remove tangles.

    -Avoid fried and starchy foods.

-Use a soft nylon brush or comb.

-Cover your head to protect your hair from sun.
