Hair problems plez help ?

my hair is very bad i mean alot and that because i don't take care of it and i am starting to change so i want hair products that would help my hair . so my hair is very thin and it is split from the end until the roots so i would need hair masks or shampoo or ...etc that would help me .also i have never diet my hair .

try a leave in conditioner you can find pretty much anywhere like Target, or try soaking your hair in beer(bud light) for like 30min. it really helps.
