Hair question???? please help?

ok so i have a science fair project and i need help!!!

the question is:what are the affects of dye and bleach on hair?

i was reading an aticle about how the hair you test it on and it said it cant be fake hair and it has to be real!!!!!! honestly i dont want to chop off two chunks of my hair for it,but i really want to get a good grade i cant use fake hair cause it will not have the same affects as real hair

so please helpp me

are there any alternatives?

go to a local hair salon (that does extensions) and ask them if the extensions are human hair or synthetic if they use human hair there you go if not  your on your own bc i dont know lol

As for getting real hair samples, why not inquire at your local salon? Explain your project to them, and see if they can help you obtain some examples (at the very least, they would probably be able to give you a few hair swatches from a haircut to test on). Good luck!
