Hair straightening!?

Question

how much in general does heat protection spray protect your hair from heat damage?

i dont want to damage my hair and i use a spray so i am wondering how much it helps!

i use it to i think it helps allot and its about 3.75 dollars depending on what brand you get it Can be more or less expensive

I would use a serum rather than a spray. They are thicker and coat the hair better. When your hair is damp use a couple pumps of serum, rub the palms of your hands together, and apply through hair from ends to top. After comb through your hair to make sure your hair is evenly coated. Heat will damage your hair no matter what you use but a heat protector will surely help! Also try to only heat style 1-2 times a week.
