Does getting a rinse [meaning taking the hair dye out] damage your hair...HELP!?

Well i dyes my hair 'blonde' and it turned out ORANGE. So i am getting the rinse at the hairdressers to take it out. Does it damage your hair? I am also getting highlights :] THANKS!

No itll be fine they will just condition it alot thats what they did when i had that done.

its called a toner....its not taking the orange out, it will reduce the look of the orange.  no, its not damaging.  usually they will use either a semi or demi permanent color.  depending on the level of orange in your hair, they might have to do a bleach wash first, then do the toner, which if done correctly will have no damaging effect.  just make sure to ask for a deep conditioner (not with heat) or a clear put over. this will ensure the condition of your hair is better when you leave.  hope this helps
