Haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I am planning to make an apppointment for a haircut today,since i think they close on monday for labour day.If i make an appointment at 5pm do i have to be there at 5?what happens if im 10 or 15mins later?

Just call them like a half hour before and let them know you'll be late...if you show up 15 minutes late without calling you'll probably just have to wait a long time before it's your turn.
