Haircut(Split Ends)?

Question

okay, im getting a haircut for school, and i have got split ends, my hair is this length, this style and colour (but my hair has got more visible highlights)

but i have got about 4 inches of split ends, and i really dont want my hair short and my hairdresser isen't one who would cut off my hair if i asked her not to.

so do i need to cut off my split ends

yes i think you should cut the spilt ends down or else the hairdresser will cut it even more short .,,ok...it will be better if you do it...that hair styles looks nice too .. :D

just g4et bit by bit of hair and just cut the ones with spilt ends..do it now or else the 4 inch one will go to 6inch

ok you have two options. you can either cut the length that is damaged off & hope that when it grows back it doesn't happen again or you could firstly try some products for split ends. it is no use me naming any because depending on where you live, what is available will differ but if you ask a hairdresser, they can suggest something. I use a really good one at the moment, only thing is it's a small tube and i was $ 30.00 so it's quite expensive. Will last FOREVER though!

ps. and DON'T LISTEN TO THE PERSON ABOVE WHO SAID TO USE PANTENE!! my uncle is a hairdresser & he said that it is the WORST for your hair because whilst it makes your hair appear nice, it destroys it from the inside and eventually, you will be left will be left with hair SO bad that it will all have to be shaved off!! no jokes!!

Yeah or cut them yourself when ever you see one, thats what I do.

its always nice to have healthy looking hair, but hair like yours always looks great long instead of short. maybe try getting about only 2 inches off and once you do your hair will grow faster, then maybe in a few months you get get a little more off also.  get some hair products that help damaged hair such as pantene shampoo and conditioner and chi serum after straightening or blow drying your hair so that your hair wont get damaged and it will help with split ends.

just get your hair trimmed to get as much split ends of as possible...? i cut my hair really short and it has taken about a year to grow back and its not even the lenght it was... never again!! lol..

CUT THEM OFF!  split ends just make ur hair worse and worse besides if u cut it off it would grow back and look healthier!
