Hairdressing shop for sale or rent in dundee?

I have lived in Dundee and I will never return. I couldn't get out soon enough. It is a dump. There are plenty of shops empty as you are probably aware. Best bet if you are determined on this is to look at the councils property to rent (commercial) they have a fair few shop premises available. The rent is of course, extortionate and the business rate really rude, they (the staff) will be totally unhelpful but that is par for the course with Dundee council.

Most of the empty shops have signs up for anyone interested in possibly renting.

Good Luck but my advice would be to get out of Dundee and go somewhere else.

Check your local directories and call around.

You'll have a minuscule chance on Y!A of finding one.

Drive about and look for some shops, then ask.
