  1. No it's not bad to use a tiny bit of hairspray.

  2. No, absolutely not weird at all!  Wanna hear weird?  When my daughter was little, her hair stuck straight up, all over her head!  It was the funniest thing you've ever seen!  It didn't bother me, but her grandmother was determined to get that hair to lie flat, and she used every product known to man - every hair grooming gel, mousse, & spray. One day, she plastered it down with VO5, and little by little, the hairs broke free and popped up throughout the day. NOTE:  Today, my daughter has the most gorgeous, thick, beautiful hair in the world. Folks go crazy for it.

The motto of this story is: use a little spray - you're the mother, and YOU get to decide what you want to do. If anyone says a word to you about it, remind them of that.  Now, go enjoy your son!

  3. As long as he's not itching at his head or having some kind of reaction to it, then no.

  4. no, i used to use gel or spray when my son had spikes

  5. No.  Every once and a while, I use some to make a cute mohawk in my 2 year olds hair.

  6. Be careful with hair spray has is can cause very painful ear infections (as i learn a few months ago).

I would use a little wax or gel.

    Hope this helped!!
