Hairstyle for the first day of school?

my hair is the same length as this pic http://gimps.de/pictures/albums/userpics/10001/short-hair-cuts-styles.jpg but i don't like that style what would be a good one while keeping the length?

well i would say straighten it with a bit on a side bank and in the back spike it up a bit with some gel and then some hair spray that otta do

Oh my goodness wow don't go over the top because I mean its just the first day of school not prom..I'll tell you what to do..

get a headband it could be big or small or any size and put it on..

brush or comb your hair back

spray or spritz it with hairspray or spritz if you have moose that'll work too and just keep it back with the head band. It goes with practically any look..

I am also going into seventh grade. i think use gel to make a cool side bang and add some like, pink bobby pins. that would look cool. it would be helpful to tell us your hair color because you could add hilights

You could put some bobby pins in your hair and pin a few different sections back to give you a sophisticated look. Plus it'll keep those crazy flyaways out of your face.
