Hairstyle suggestions, anybody?

Question

I have natural black, straight hair with wave at the bottom that has a center part and goes down to waist level. What kind of hairstyles do you suggest for this hair for everyday? Please something that does not require any leave on products like mousse or hairspray, or any straightening or curling with heat tools because I want to keep my hair healthy. Thank you!

Also another Q: My hair used to be dark brown with some wave (like my dad's) and now the new hair that's grown after several years is black and straight (like my mom's). Is it going to be like this forever? As a baby I had straight black hair, so will it keep switching?

Sounds like great hair to work with.  Definitely part it on the side, that almost always looks better than a center part.  Try long bangs pushed to the side and cut it to the middle of your back.

your hair only changes three times in a lifetime. you could try parting to the side a little bit and geting it cut a lot shorter. its fun to try new things.
