  1. Cornrow up one side of your head and put it a side ponytail..!

Leave it down..backcomb the bottom layer to make it look thicker..& then get a side fringe cut in to soften your face..!

Get a short croppy cut and style in waves like Angela Bassett in "Waiting To Exhale"..!

  2. Beehive?

Or if that's a bit too eccentric just tie up the top of your hair and leave the rest loose.

  3. There are many hairstyles to choose from, but you don't say how long your hair is. If you feel that it's too long to nicely style then a nice hair cut (even just a few inches) could make a considerable difference. If you do cut your hair then consider donating it to locks of love if it's more than 10 inches.

Essence has some hair galleries with doable hairstyles.

  4. Do a side ponytail. I know it's still a ponytail, but it'll still make your hair look down. My hair is relaxed as well, and I can't do much with it. But that's what I do. Try the hairstyle in my avatar. Good luck.

  5. Zig Zag cornrows :)

    would look well smart :)

  6. ive never seen anyone with an afro sport the mullet. you should try it and take pictures. i bet it would rock!
