Hairstylist who has experience cutting bangs..please answer!!!?

K so i have sideswept bangs, and im looking to get asymmetrical bangs.

my mom will not get me a hairstylist, so i asked my sister and she said she could.

Yet, she has no idea how to cut asymmetrical bangs.

Can anyone give a tutorial on how to cut bangs asymmetrical?

i need it step by step or a video or pictures lol

i think you need a stylist! because i think to do that they use like a razor thingy! :/
