Hajras expected to win Diamond Jubilee Handicap (Sponsored By Investec)
Hajras is likely to win the Diamond Jubilee Handicap (Sponsored By Investec) at Epsom in England on Saturday, June 2, 2012. The winner of the class-2 event will walk away with a cash prize of £24,900.

The going will be good in the 1 mile, 2 furlong and 18 yard race, which is scheduled to start at 13:35 GMT. The stamina of all participants will be put to a test, as the distance to cover is quite long.
A total of 13 runners have lined up for action at Epsom and their names are as follows: Hajras, Entifaadha, Grandeur, Mister Music, Oxford Charley, Wrotham Heath, Open Water, Position, Star Date, Fennell Bay, Spoke To Carlo, The Giving Tree and Blades
Lad.
At the moment, Hajras has got the best chance of winning the race. Although he does not have a lot of experience, he has done well in recent times. The punters will definitely be interested in risking a lot of bets on him Saturday.
The three-year-old colt has participated in three races until now, winning a couple of them. Moreover, he has also managed to finish runner up once, which means that he has never dropped out of the top three so far in his career.
In his most recent race, the Mark Johnston’s trainee finished second overall. There were a total of 13 participants in that event, thus the result was not a bad one in the end. However, he will need to be at his absolute best in order to outperform
others at Epsom.
Hajras will be partnered by Paul Hanagan in the race. The seasoned jockey has won quite a few races at this level, but his overall strike rate is not impressive at all. He will need to be a lot more consistent in order to win the confidence of the
punters.
Other than the favourite runner, Grandeur might also manage to make a big impression in the race, as he too has a decent record at this level. He has participated in four races, winning a couple of them. In addition to that, he also finished runner
up once, which shows that he is all set to challenge Hajras on Saturday.
