A half-cab is a 180 fakie ollie. A full cab or Caballerial, is a 360 fakie ollie

Ride fakie. This is just riding in your normal position but rolling backwards.

Place your feet in the toe pocket for bs, or heel pocket for fs. Place your front foot with the heel hanging off a bit for a bs, or the toes hanging off for fs.

Bend your knees.

Wind your shoulders to the way you want to spin. Fs or bs.

Now unwind your shoulders until parallel with board.

Start the ollie.

Twist the board with your shoulders and legs to get a full 180.

Land and roll away.
