Radiation halflife: Is the rate of decay of radiation. A "halflife" of 1 year means a piece of radioactive material decays to half the radation levels in 1 year.

Game "Halflife": A character called Gordon lives half of his life in the future.

Half-Life is the time taken for the radio activity of a substance to decrease by 50%. It is a function of e (2.71828...) and has nothing to do with stupid Internet fantasies, if that was what you were referring to.

nope! the game series uses it as a name... for cool reasons... the radiation process is different... half-life is the time when the original number has halved...
