Half sister from Albany Ga born 56-59?

Question

I know birth parents names....should I release?? One is my father, now deceased. Parents did not marry so I cannont look up record. I belive she married someone else (taboo in the 50's to be a single parent). How do I search her children, I found 2 born much later but not the first. Thank you!

I would start by trying International Soundex Reunion Registry.  (link below) Even though you are missing some information, they still may have a match for you.  It's free.  I found two family members through them.  Also, the children you did find, do they know anything about the older sibling?
