Hi all is anyone have any idea what would be the questions like i have an interview on friday please HELP

A friend of mine had an interview with the halifax, she had applied for a Customer Service role within the bank itself, they opened up the interview with few questions like, are you eligible to work in the UK?, are you ok to travel to another bank for training before starting in the bank you applied for? then they move on to simple maths questions like: A man bought car insurance last year for £700 and this year has been awarded a no claims bonus discount of 5%. Whats is his new premium?

    £700 divide by 100 = £7

    £7 x 5 = £35

    £700 - £35 = £665
