Hallo, someone do you know italian "pesto" or italian "casoncelli alla bergamasca"?

Hallo, I'm writing to Italy I want to know if you know "pesto alla geneovese" or "casoncelli alla bergamasca"?

It's a wonderful first food simile ravioli but much more taste .

Please write to me what do you know very well like an italian D.O.P. product. Wich italian product exactly do you know? (Parmigiano, pasta...) Thank you so much for your answer.

I love pesto it is so versatile and during summer and autumn I make my own from home grown basil. I refuse to buy store bought products.

Casoncelli alla bergamasca I had never heard of but did a quick check for a recipe and was impressed. I will most definitely be trying that out in the near future as I also make my own pasta when time allows.

Italian food is one of my favourite and my husband is Italian and I grew up with many Italians at school here in Australia. It was always a treat to be invited over especially for special occasions like birthdays. So to list what I know would take up quite a bit of space and time.
