Are you looking for operators, builders or gas & oilfield suppliers.  Most owners of oilrigs are foreign, as for builders there are Keppel Fels, Sambawang Marine & Engineering, Promet (now known as PPL) ASL... etc and for gas & oilfields supplies there are abundance and are mostly listed in our yellow pages (drilling muds, additives, drill pipes, drill bits ....etc)
