Halloween Costume?

Yeah I Know It's Early But I Plan On Making My Halloween Costume And Im Not Excellent So It May Take Me Awhile Any Way I Want To Be A Salior But I Don't Want To Be Like The Little Girl With A Long White Dress Or A S****y Costume With It Up To Half Your Butt I Have An I dea But I Don't Wan't It To Be Weird Lookin And A Plan On Wearin Leggins What Do Ya Think.

Ps. Yeah Its A Terrible Drawing And The Torso Needs To Be Longer And More Shapley the Bottom Is Supposed To Be Like The Little Indent On Like Cheerleading Skirts And Stuff And The Sleeves Are Like The Poof Slefes With Elastic In Them And Stuff

I guess that will work.   This probably isn't what you want for a look but do you know anyone who was in the navy years ago... Like in the 1950s?  My Dad was in the Korean Conflict OR war and he had the neatest uniform.  Perhaps some one like that might have some extra uniform parts around that you could mutate somehow into what you are thinking of.  Just a suggestion and probably not what you want.
