Knott's Scary Farm is the best anywhere!  I've gone to Universal, Magic Mountain, Queen Mary, and more halloween-themed attractions and Knott's is the best by far.  Universal is good but doesn't even come close to the amount of mazes, monsters, and overall decor.  You won't be disappointed at Knott's!!!  I've also worked Halloween Haunt at Knott's as a ride operator and as a monster and the monsters there are dedicated.  Watch "The Hanging" at Knott's in Ghost Town near the train.  They always make fun of current events.

omg! i went to universal for halloween, their amazing there! so intricate and spectacular and really scary too. definitely worth the money to go there, i definitely recommend it! the haunted houses are wicked! and the parade is really neat!

as for the other place i have never been.

Knott's is good, but the general consensus is that Universal is the best. They seem to pay more attention to detail, which makes a big difference.
