Halloween/Masquerade Party Help?

I need help,coming up for these Ideas! I already to I want the party to be outside But I need help the person with the best/most ideas gets 10 points!

We're having a glow in the dark party.  Use Black lights to enhance glow.  Give out glow sticks to guests and dress up in glow stick costumes -- www.glowmancostumes.com

The costumes can be seen from blocks away and make you look like an animated cartoon.  We wore the costumes on the beach at night during 4th of July and hundreds of people approached us.  My favorite is GloWitch.

You could have everybody come incognito to the point where they have to completely cover face and hair! And nobody can know anything about anybodies costumes before the party. And then at the end of the party you have a countdown and everybody unmasks themselves!
