  1. I think that is a great idea; so much better than the usual candy, pennies or biblical brochures (these annoy me).

  2. Yes! i love them! i should come by ur howz!!! lol

  3. yes that sounds good

but keep in mind what kids want

  4. Home made treats are great, but only for friends and family.  Parents will typically throw out any home made or unwrapped candy because we've been warned so many times to be careful of poison, food borne illness and razor blades.  Sorry, but I wouldn't waste your time.

  5. I think fortune cookies are a GREAT idea! Though, in a society like ours, the majority of children have not quite acquired a taste for sesame seed foods, unless they've been eating it their whole life. Even if the children just break open the cookies to get their fortunes and throw the rest away, at least they are getting SOME use out of the cookies. :-)

  6. No. Homemade treats are akin to bags of pennies and pencils as treats. Kids want candy-store bought, still in the wrapper name-brand candy. Milky way, snickers, M&Ms, Kit Kat. Real candy. You give that out you may as well put a bulls-eye on your house for the eggs.

  7. Yes I used to give out fortune cookies....and home made popcorn balls I love home made snacks!
