Halloween fancy dress outfit?

my friend is having a halloween fancy dress party and i need an outfit has anyone seen any really good ones??? i don't want anything that has lots of material or really big and heavy as will be in nightclubs 2

look in thrift stores for dresses. A flapper 1920 style is cute.  You can make it with any short dress.  Have fun!
