Halo 1 and 2 questions?

Question

What are the differences between Halo 1 and Halo 2 content wise? Is Halo 2 more violent, or do they swear more?

Which one do you like best?

They are way different in terms of gameplay. Halo 2 is closer to Halo 3 than Halo 1. For example, you take fall damage in Halo 1. So, if you fall off something (not necessarily ridiculously high) you take damage and need a medkit. Halos 2 and 3 did away with medkits and have a system more like Call of Duty where you regnerate if you aren't hit in a period of time.

I can't remember much about the offensive content, but Halo is generally pretty mild. I mean they say "h**l" and "d**n" every so often in the cutscenes, but it's not too bad, unless you're recommending this for a child (in which I might be more concerned about say, the violence?)

I have a real soft spot for the first Halo, although if I had to play one right now it would be the 2nd. Remember that the 2nd was the first to offer online multiplayer as well.

Oh, and I want to add that the 2nd probably has more cursing in it due to the fact that it contains much more voice work and production value. If you enjoy playing offline multiplayer, the 1st is a blast though.

overally halo 2 is better for gameplay, but im pretty sure its a little more violent due to better graphics. and i think it swears more too. So halo 2 is better to play but its also more mature

halo 2 some any maps omg and they are free now more play list and its a blast to play do you the xbox live experience

halo 2 mor guns mor **** to do better online just better but u wont hav a clue about the story tho o mayb get both cause halo 1 is short

Halo: CE (a.k.a Halo 1) I think has significantly less swearing...unless you go on Xbox Live where your bound to learn a few new words. Halo: CE although it isn't necessarily more violent has significantly more blood. If your looking for one to buy though I'd say the best way to determine which one would be best to youu is whether or not youhave Xbox Live. Halo: CE has a better campaign mode, but Halo 2 has an overall better multi-player IF you have Xbox Live. Email me if you have any further questions.
