Halo 3 exp and ranks help?

hey i was wondering if there is any way to lower my rank on lone wolves so i can get the overkill achievement easier (995/1000 gp) oh and is it against the rules to leave my xbox running overnight for exp. Thanks ;)

if u leave ur xbox running overmight for EXP if u get too much EXP to Fast bungie might Zero your EXP cuz my friend did that and they reset his EXP

just mess around and hide places for the fun of it just to lose

Yeah, just do terrible in every match.

Well, it's not against the rules, it's just that people don't like it very much.
