Halo 3 live flashing nametags?

In halo 3 i'm trying to play live for some modes it works fine but when we chose some our nametags flash and wont alow us to play. Can anyone tell us how to remedy this?

  1. You dont have the maps. You should download/buy the Legendary and Heroic Map Packs. And Cold Storage.
