Halter tutu dress for a toddler?

Hello!

My daughter's 2nd b-day is coming up and i wanted to make her a tutu dress, i

kinda know how to make it but if someone has instructions i'll be

greatly apprecitaed. Also i wanted to know how many yards of tulle

would i need? i want it to be FULL and just beautiful. She is your

tipycall 2 yr old, she's a bit skinny tho.

I need help!! =) i needed to be done by Sep 10th

I've been looking for free instructions online, but haven't been able to find any so far.  I did find these one you can buy and then you download them, so you don't have to wait for it to be shipped.  Those area here http://www.misspictureperfect.com/tutugu...  

As for the materials, I know WalMart has tulle on a spool and regular tulle you can buy.  Just make sure you use a lot of it to make it extra thick so you can't see through it.  Or a fabric store like JoAnn's or Hancock Fabrics would carry it.  I would say 6 yards or more!
