Ham Radio Exam Prep.?

i really want to get my Radio License Exam but... i am having a really hard time studying. Its been about a year now that i have been trying.

Is there a website, Software, or Videos that could help?

and like the Boating Licensing... can you test online?

Ham radio tests are now so simple that a semi-intelligent chimpanzee can ace the exam.  If you've really been studying for a year and can't pass it, I'd honestly suggest a different hobby.  FCC gives you copies of all the questions they're going to ask, plus all the answers.  All you need to do is just read through the questions a few times and pick out the right answer from the multiple answers.  Nine-year-old children have gotten their licenses.

I do not know of any boating license that you need to pass a test for.  Not sure, though.

This is 2008.  Before long you'll be able to get a commercial pilot's license by recognizing the difference between a 747 and a Greyhound bus.
