Any one know the best way to setup the servers. and setup the links? on e-qso and free radio network?

You seem to be asking about something that has nothing to do with ham radio.  Ham radio involves generating an RF signal and propagating that signal through the air to a receiving station.

There are some internet based communications systems, but they are little more than internet telephones that require point-to-point wire connections except for possible satellite uplinks-downlinks which are not controlled or originated by the radio operator.
