Can some one tell me where i can find a ham radio store in albany ny. so i can set my shack up again and get back on the air.

Most new ham gear is sold through large nationwide outlets, like Amateur Electronic Supply in Milwaukee, Ham Radio Outlet (various major cities) and others.  Although you may be able to find a store in your city, chances are you'll get the best price from one of the major suppliers or superstores.  Good luck.

I hope someone can come up with a ham store in your area, but as they've become an endangered species in the past 10 or 15 years your best bet might be the internet.
