Hamburg SV defender Dennis Aogo has hailed new manager Thorsten Fink and insisted that he will surely take the club forward with his experience. The player admitted that Fink played a great role in taking FC Basel to the heights
of success and making them a successful club in Europe and is hopeful that Rothosen follow the same path.
Rothosen have had a disappointing start to the season and are currently placed at the bottom of the standings table with only four points from eight games played. The side has lost six games already and have won only once all season.

manager has also had a successful campaign in the UEFA Champions League which will help Rothosen in the future as well.
“So far, I've only heard good things about Thorsten Fink. He's worked very successfully with FC Basel over the past two years and they've been making waves together recently in the Champions League. On top of that, he won everything
there is to win as a player,” he was quoted as saying in an interview to Bundesliga.de.
The German international insisted that Fink’s achievements as a player will also help him a great deal and his attacking mind-set will help him also in full-back position.
“Thorsten Fink was a top-class player himself. At Basel he played a very attack-orientated wide game, which is good news for me as a full back. As far as the details of his approach go, I'll be getting to know a lot more in the
weeks ahead,” the defender concluded.
