Hamilton Beach 'HealthSmart' Contact Grill

Question

Got one for Christmas.  It's electric, model 25219.  Slightly tilted cooking surface with a drip pan for catching fat.  The box says it comes with a recipe booklet.  Not in *this* box.  The photo on the front shows a couple of burgers and some sliced 'grilled' vegetables.  That's about all I can think to use it for.  Anyone have any experience with these?
