Hamish McGonagall expected to win Gordon´s King George Stakes
Hamish McGonagall is expected to shine in the Gordon´s King George Stakes (Group 2) at Goodwood in England on Friday, August 3, 2012. A victory in the class-1 event will earn his owners, Reality Partnerships I, a cash prize of £56,710.
Speed will be the determining factor in the 5 furlong race, which is scheduled to start at 15:45 GMT. Furthermore, the going will be good because the weather has been dry at Goodwood over the past few days.
Although there are some quality runners eying victory in the race, yet they will have to work extremely hard to match the class of Hamish McGonagall, who has got plenty of experience in the sport. He has earned a lot of respect for his performances, thus
the bookies have priced him 15 to 2 today whereas the bettors will also have no concerns while risking money on him.
The veteran runner is known to handle pressure extremely well, as he has got a lot of experience. He has participated in 52 events until now and has been delivering good results with consistency, which is a positive sign.

The 2012 season has gone well for Namid’s son, as he started it with a victory. He did struggle in a couple of events, but bounced back to form last time around, winning another event. He will now look to continue the momentum under David Allan, who has
partnered him during most part of his career.
