Hamster Question! Help please!?

My hamsters bum is all flakey and looks like she sat on wet p**p. Her eye is red... is this some kind of disease?

I definitely agree with all the other above answers. Take your hamster to vet or buy something called dry-tail.

YOU IMMEDIATELY NEED TO GO TO WERE YOU GOT OR PETCO OR PETSMART BECAUSE I THINK SHE MIGHT HAVE WET TAIL AND A HAMSTER CAN DIE WITHIN A 24 HRS. OF THAT DISEASE

Unfortunatly she has wet tail (94% chance) you must take her to a vet or petsmart or petco immediatly hamsters with wet tailcan die within 24 hours, 'Wet tail' is a very serious intestinal disease of young hamsters, which often causes death. It gets its name because the main symptom is diarrhea, and affected hamsters often have wet and dirty tails and or flakey bums

Symptoms: Hamsters with wet tail are generally lethargic with a loss of appetite and generally stop grooming. They have a very fluid diarrhea, and develop a wet, soiled, and matted area around the a**s and tail. The diarrhea causes them to become dehydrated, so their eyes may appear dull and sunken. They may sit 'hunched up' and be irritable because of the abdominal discomfort. In serious cases, blood may be seen in the diarrhea or around the a**s, and/or the r****m may protrude out of the a**s because of the constant straining.Also subject may have a case of flakey or skin rash on bum (rare)

Please take your hammie ot the vet,petsmart or petco but i do suggest the vet
