Hamster Shelters near Bluefield WV??

I have a hamster and I got her from a Pet Store, she is getting old and may die any time now. I live in Bluefield WV and I heard that you can get hamster's from shelters.I can't seem to find one close byor anywhere. If you know where one is close by PLEASE answer this!! :)

I would just buy one from the pet store. They will give you a 7 to 14 day guarantee and you can pick it out. Verses getting some ones' leftovers.
