  1. To be frank, they should never be playing with each other. Seeing each other could actually even stress them out. I've seen hamsters kill and eat each other. It's not pleasant. You MIGHT be able to have them in separate exercise balls at the same time but even that, I would be careful about.

  2. when you want to let them play, you could monitor them. you know, watch them so they don't mate. if they try, quickly separate them.

  3. if they are syrian they cant play together cuz they'll fight. they dont know each other so they will fight. and dwarf hamsters can go in the same cage.

  4. There's no way. They will end up mating. Hamsters are solitary, meaning they don't like having another hamster's company. If you do it, just put them in seperate balls at the same time.

I have heard that hamsters can be spayed or neutered, but that's not a good option, because it's a deadly operation. The hamsters, even if you do neuter/spay them, and put them together, they may still fight to the dead. Just don't do it. Please. Good luck! ^-^

  5. watch them and if they lookk like they like each other get them awayfrom eacchother tthat what i did with my boy hamster and girl but the boy died lol best of luck emily.s

  6. Hamsters are solitary creatures.  Most breeds don't play well together and only get together to mate. I have seen them eat each other, so I wouldn't be anxious for them to be playmates.
