  1. i can tell u FORSURE do not put it in the same cage unless U KNO they are the same s*x. i  made that mistake and ended up with 16 and didnt kno wat to do with them and started giving them away for free. and it also depends wat kind of hamster it is... if it is a winter white they are aggresive twards eachother and friquently fight over food and space. Also teddy bear hammys fightsometimes as they are some what aggressive twards eachother.

  2. Well, it is POSSIBLE, but not all hamster accept each other. Especially if they aren't dwarf hamsters.

If you want to introduce hamsters, then start off with both of them in an open area where they could roam around and approach each other when they feel like doing so.

Good luck! Hope you are successful!

  3. No!

    They will fight like crazy.

  4. First of all, if you have a Syrian hamster (Also called normal hamsters, regular hamsters, teddy bear hamsters, black bear hamsters, honey bear hamsters, and european hamsters), they are solitary and will fight to death. Even if you have dwarfs, introducing them after awhile is not advised, they might not remember each other and kill each other. So don't try it. Please.

  5. Most likely not. If they are from the same litter then they might be fine, Hamsters are very territorial. They will pretty much fight to the death, or one will just be getting hurt all the time and that is no way to live.

  6. Sure you can if your hamster is not spoil and mean! Also if your hamster you have now likes to share its food, because some hamsters are greedy! And i agree to the other answers, mostly all those regular hamsters hate each other!

  7. if you get anything but dwarf, no. most other hamsters are called Syrians. they will fight to the death for dominance of the cage. i know from experience that they do not like to be together for any reason but mating. i am not sure about dwarfs though, i did have one but thats as far as i went. if they are dwarf, they will probably need a good introduction and i have heard that they are very specific about who they stay with. i would look further for dwarf but deffinatly not if it is syrian. like i said, anything BUT dwarfs should be counted as syrian and not kept together. Rain Skate is on the right track for dwarfs, NOT SYRIANS.

  8. probably no because they will fight like crazy most they males will fight to the death
