  1. call the pet store you got it from or take it to a vet this is serius

    good luck!!!!!

  2. well if he or she is not very active very much and not eating and drinking he or she probably has something stuck in his or her body maybe a ball of food. my guinea pig passed away from that and we had to force him to eat with tubes there is nothing really you can do and i went to the vet she said surgery if you want to pay over three hundred dollars or try antibiotic. we tryed it and within 8 hours my guinea pig passed away. the vet girl said the antibiotic may not help either and she said it could push it to hard and it might just poke a whole in something and might not live. so i would take it to the vet if you want to here what they have to say. hope your hamster feels better.  hope i helped

  3. This is for the addition details

Well symptoms of wet tail usally become noticabl in a week, and the hamster dies, if not taken care of, in about 48 hours. Having said that I don't tihnk it's Wet tial if you got it several weeks ago.

does he have any hair loss? Was he dropped recently? Could he have eaten spoiled food? (fresh food that has gone bad like apples, carrots, kale, etc? Have you had him outside where he could have eatan wild plants?

    --------------------------------------...

What other symptoms does he have? When did you get him, recently? From my own experience I would first expect Wet tail.

    Symptoms of Wet-tail

The symptoms may not appear for a few days or so, but once they set in, you can see various symptoms.

    Wet bottom end

    Smell/ foul odor

    Diarrhea

    Lethargy

    Lack of appetite

    Excess sleeping

    Not grooming itself

    Walking with a hunched back

The most obvious symptom will be the wet bottom, tail area.

    Wet-tail Treatment

Well, luckily there are several products out today that can help cure wet-tail. You can take a trip to most of your local petstores to include Petsmart and Petland to grab a bottle of 'Dri-Tail' or 'Wet-tail Drops.' Or, you can go to a vet that sees hamsters, and he can put the hamster on Baytril or Sulfatrim.

If you add more details myself as well as others may be able to help you better

    best of luck :]
