Hamster teeth!?

Question

For my hamster I got him a hard chew treat for his teeth but he dosen't chew on it. It has no flavor is that why idk? Well i just wanted to know what chew treats do you give to your hamster for their teeth?!

U should give your hamster a hard dog treat.Or go to www.petsmart.com, go to the small pet category,when ur in there click hamsters and then treat.There should be some hard chews for hamsters.

P.S hamsters need hardchews to keep there teeth from growing to big.

try and get something like a long bar of nuts and things that are stuck together... anywayz... see how your hamster gets on with that.. sometimes hamsters dont really want to eat the hard chew things but if their teeth get too long you MUST go to the vets and get them done or your hamster will not be able to eat. =)

We give ours branches and hard flavored treats. Maybe the flavor is a problem for yours. Try different things. Good luck.
