  1. its natural for a hamster to bight you its not used to you just keep holding it and stroking it untill it gets used to you mine used to bite mee but i did not care just hold it lots and in time it will get used to you    good luck !!

  2. No just put her back in her cage and leave her it's normal for hamsters to do this.

  3. dont tap her but put her back or put her on the ground and walk away

    hope this helped

  4. dont tap her just stump your foot on tyhe ground and say NO quite loud but not too loud...

Then put it back in its cage and walk away!

    good luck

  5. just put her back

  6. Well you dont need to train hamsters but you might as well just close up the cage and dont let him or her our for a couple of minutes to play with you. Sooner or later when your hamster gets older he or she will realize not to nip or bite anymore. Hope this helped.

  7. No, hammies don't really work that way. They aren't pack animals so they don't respond to discipline. Here are some ways to keep you hammie from biting you:

1.) Always wash your hands before handling your hammie, if your hands smell like food then your finger could be lunch.

2.) Do Not wake up your hammie during her natural sleep time (during the day) Hammies tend to be really grumpy if disturbed while napping.

3.) Do not stick your fingers into your hamster's home without first letting yourself be know, hamsters will bite if surprised!

4.) Some hamsters just plain don't like to be held, as a prey animal, being held typically means they are going to be eaten. You should slowly start holding your hamster more and more, starting with holding for only a few seconds and only a few inches above their bedding and slowly work your way up to holding her longer and longer. Always give her a treat for good behavior and she will begin to associate being held with a reward!

Hope this helps, best of luck to you and your hammie!

*As a side note* If she bites and you just put her back she will continue to bite because it works as a defense. Just be calm and patient with her and hopefully she will come around. ^_^
